Power Schools
Each power belongs to a school, or discipline, of related effects:
- Abjuration (Abj): Powers that create protective barriers (Abjuration powers)
- Alteration (Alt): Powers that affect the characteristics of inanimate objects (Alteration powers)
- Conjuration (Con): Powers that bring forth inanimate objects (Conjuration powers)
- Cosmology (Cos): Powers that manipulate time, space, and physical environments (Cosmology powers)
- Divination (Div): Powers that impart knowledge (Divination powers)
- Enchantment (Enc): Powers that affect the characteristics of living things (Enchantment powers)
- Evocation (Evo): Powers that channel raw energy into a controlled force (Evocation powers)
- Illusion (Ill): Powers that deceive the senses (Illusion powers)
- Summoning (Sum): Powers that bring forth living things (Summoning powers)
